Carboy15 Saskatchewan Ave looks like an abandoned portion of Route 66. Wouldn't be surprised if Lightning McQueen ripped it up. And if Winnipeg were to fix that, they'd probably do it with Ka-Chow Speed, but the quality won't be Ka-Durability.

Highway 12 maybe was bad North of Highway 1, but they're paving it thankfully. Highway 12 is getting resurfacing done, but I don't think it was super bad between the Seine Diversion Bridge and Park Ave in Steinbach.
