1) MonctonBad is a SSP Troll (probably the same guy as previous accounts; I have a few "suspects" in mind lol), so his advice will be, by definition, bad for you and your newborn forum. It's a parody account of the real person (MonctonRad, a radiologist from Moncton), who may eventually join here if this forum picks up steam. I know he dislikes heavy moderation so right there he's a good "fit"...

2) New Brisavoine's subjects of interest are pretty far from the focus of your forum (infrastructure); they can even be said to be somewhat off-topic for SSP already... He's a great contributor IMO (several of us liked his contributions and the level of activity over there went down when he quit) but he's probably not going to have anything relevant to say on what's the best route to connect Flin Flon to Churchill.

3) Despite point #2 above, I can easily reach him if you want...

lio45 This "Forum Intro" thread would be the right place for you to tell us (there's like only four members at the moment, but eventually I'm sure there'll be a lot more) a bit more about you, creator and Forum Admin. I'm sure it would be interesting. You seem to be a very driven, dynamic person...

And this is the maximum I can scroll down. You can see how the URL bar at the bottom has now acquired a green hue - that's the "post reply" button visible under it in semi-transparency, but that's as far as I can scroll up. No way to bring it any further up than that, so, no way to press it.

Ok I see more now. The post button is at the top though, not the bottom (to my knowledge). This one circled here. Click it and let me know what happens.

It seems that the keyboard is pushing the "write post" window UP and pushing this send button off screen. Still bad. I'll see if I can figure it out.

For forum testing purposes, you'd likely benefit from picking up an used iPhone ($50) from Facebook Marketplace or something, which you can sell for the same price when done with it 😛

That post, above, was made from my iPhone. Had no idea that this paper plane icon was the "post reply" button... on my laptop, it's a classic green "post reply" button, at the bottom - and I never could access its counterpart on my iPhone so far.

Definitely better! I'd call it "Post Reply" rather than just "Post", though. 😉
