Carboy15 BlackDog Agreed. Now that there's this new Costco coming, that will definetely create gridlock. I hope this will encourage Manitoba to extend Centreport Canada Way, and for Winnipeg to build that St Matthews Connector.
Carboy15 But still, I think that part of Highway 1 between John Blumberg Park to Camp Manitou Road being an undivided Highway is rather absurd. Motel 6 and the new Blumberg Village should be accessed by a signalized Intersection.

I was thinking diverging diamond for traffic flow and ease of access to industrial areas. Or maybe a Seagull Interchange along with a new service road to connect the rest of the Airport Area with that industrial park. A Seagull Interchange would be best for the space constraints in the area and could work very well since it prioritizes traffic flow and is cost effective. Maybe a trumpet Interchange could work there, but would require much more land acquisition.
