lio45 In all those cases that make the news, I'd be curious to know the real story. I go to the US all the time and have zero problems. The border is actually easier to cross than it's ever been. Canadian budget cuts are the only annoyance actually, the two crossings that were the main two I was using, started to close at 8 pm as a cost-cutting measure. (Not sure if the U.S. side has mirrored the cuts or not, I never cross that way in the evening, obviously.)
brainstorm Canada pledges 5% NATO spending. That's $150 billion per year. (Comprised of 3.5% on actual arms, and 1.5% on infra and other resilience). My $200B one-time rearm and $50B/yr plan doesn't seem so crazy now does it? 😉
brainstorm Pffff. American Propagandists are out today apparently showing "video evidence" of their super duper bunker buster bombs. Except the video they show is penetrating maybe 10 meters of material. Fordow was 90 meters below the surface. So US bunker busters didn't even come close. This is yet another chink in USA's armor. These "bunker busters" are way over hyped. This also means Canada can easily harden bases in our Canadian shield and mountains where America has no hope of touching them. (Skip to 1m40s)

brainstorm A year ago the best one was 4%. This is the cross-discipline knowledge test. Everything (coding, health, language, math, all of it). Basically I think at 100% AI is about as smart as all humans combined. So, like 2 years away?
